Chalk Circle "Reflection" LP due out In Jan. 2011 on Mississippi Records/PPM! Spanning 1981-1983, the LP includes twelve songs from out-of-print compilations, live shows, and unreleased demos.

Sharon Cheslow + Julia Holter duo recordings at Dublab from summer 2010 available soon for your listening pleasure: two songs of Sharon's ("Mistress Saint" and "We are the Charioteers") with Sharon on guitar, electronics, vocals and Julia on harmonium, vocals.

Sharon Cheslow and Coterie Exchange sound events from 1999-2007 have been updated.

APRIL 2010

Don Fleming is finishing up the liner notes for the Chalk Circle LP, which will be mastered soon! Chalk Circle played our first two shows with Don's band the Velvet Monkeys. Since then Don has been in many bands, including Gumball, B.A.L.L., Dim Stars, Half Japanese, and To Live and Shave in L.A., and he's produced tons of records including releases by Hole, Sonic Youth, Teenage Fanclub, and Andrew W.K. So we're excited he's doing the liner notes. The record, with digital downloads, will be out sometime this year as a split label release between Mississippi Records and Post Present Medium.
